SUP.
Today was filled with plans that were cancelled.
It started with yesterday when korkor was telling me about this major sale in hyatt (one of the ballrooms) where he got raoul shirts at $30. Original price of the shirts were like $100+. and then he said. You should go. There are alot of shoes and bags. So i called up My Homey Fo' Life and we both realised that we are free from 1pm til 3pm. So we got FRICKIN excited and decided to go tomorrow.
I had to go back to school after 3 for screening of Wuthering Heights (which was wtfbbq. but i cant say it did not help me in my understanding of the book. i hate classics, like why cant they talk normally already.) while ida had to go to her school for dance auditions.
So after everything was planned, i went to school the following day and found out that lit was now from 1.15 til 3. I messaged Ida a bunch of curse words and was really sad. However, i still decided to go in the end. Alone. Because really, if its not ida i'd rather go alone :):):) HAHAHAHA.
So after lit, i rushed down to hyatt and to my horror there was a QUEUE. thankfully i had to queue for a mere ten or fifteen minutes before i was let into Heaven. (this is the part where Perry scolds me for being a shopaholic. I am Not.)
It was prettyyyyyy good. There were tons of beautiful things and at first i just walked around aimlessly. Then i decided, No. This is not working and i planned an organised route around the area. HAHAHAHA. I ended up spending the most time on Joshua Cheong's shirt. :D:D:D I bought him a blue shirt. But i had to pay fifty for it. Cos korkor bought like 5 shirts so he got a discount. At first, i was stuck with this tuxedo shirt (grey with major patterns, totally suits his metrosexual dressing), satin shirt, and the blue one. After A DAMN LONG TIME (i spend 3 hours shopping there. the area of the ballroom was about the size of the quadrangle, maybe slightly bigger) i finally ruled out the satin because it looked like high class PJs. So in the end i also ruled out the tux shirt cos the collar was fugly. so then i had to choose the size and i didnt know which to pick. then finally i decided on 15. hahaha. oh and part of the reason for my choice was because i picked out a dress which goes well with the blue shirt. HAHAHA. Cutest Couple 2009, everyone! Oh and by the way josh's shirt was $149 marked down to $50.
the dress was a Guess dress. By Marciano. or something. It's the PRETTIEST DRESS I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE. i would wear that to my wedding but like... its not white (my mum has this thing about white. i told her i was gonna wear a black dress with gold designs shes like. NO. ARE YOU STUPID. WHITE SYMPOLISES PURITY ETC.ETC.ETC. Oh yeah mum? i am going to wear a clown suit, just you wait and see. Speaking of weddings, today jussy made me touch the hair she washes once a week. and it was all tangled. when i say all tangled i mean... a ball of hair, completely void of the possibility of ever combing her hair again. and then i started thinking... like... when she gets married her mum cant comb her hair. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. like you know, traditional combing wtv) omg i sidetrack way too much. anyway! my dress was $325 marked down to $60. HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA.
And finally, i bought heels. I dont really like heels cos i already look huge enough. there was once i went to the supermarket and i was half a head taller than EVERYONE there. and i was like okay i am a giant. hahaha. as in, if i were shorter i'd LOVELOVELOVE heels. they are sooooooooooo pwetty. but the ones i bought today weren't that high i hink. i hope i dont fall though. HAHAHAH. i think when i wear them i will walk very slowly. or hold popo's walking stick. HEHEHE. the shoes were $99 marked down to $33. 1 for fifty, 3 pairs for 99. me, ida and another random lady decided to pull together in this time of need and help a brother out.
anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im damn happy. :) for those of you who want to go. Tomorrow's the last day. 10am til 7.30pm. hyatt hotel third level.
and by the way, i dont ever buy branded goods. because really i dont usually pay more than 15 for my clothes. HAHAHAHAHA. but then i decided to finally use my chinese new year money to treat myself so yeah. this is a good time to use it. hahah.
